What You´ll Do:

As a key player in our sales team, you will:

  • Drive new business growth by managing a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video calls, and social media outreach.
  • Identify decision-makers and engage alternative contacts using tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline, guiding prospects through every stage of the funnel.
  • Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team for continued customer success.
  • Track performance metrics daily, monthly, and quarterly to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay organized by accurately documenting interactions in Salesforce (or a similar CRM) while meeting defined SLAs and sales cadences.

What We´re Looking For:

You´ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken), plus English (B2).
  • 2.5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.
  • A proven track record of spotting high-potential opportunities and growing customer investments over time.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving IT sales environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus!
