We´re hiring a Content Moderator to support the quality review of high-priority workflows managed by the clients Global Operations and Global Risk teams.

  • Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday–Sunday between 08:00–19:00
  • Location: Onsite in Dublin
  • Training: 4 weeks of paid, on-site training

The Role: What You´ll Be Doing

As a Trust & Safety Quality Specialist, you´ll support the quality review of workflows managed by the clients Global Operations and Global Risk Operations (GRO) teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and policy adherence across sensitive and high-risk content.

Your responsibilities will include quality review across:

Content Moderation

Content may include (but is not limited to):

  • Organizing or credibly threatening violence
  • Promoting self-harm
  • Theft, fraud, vandalism, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
  • Hate speech, bullying, and harassment
  • Child exploitation
  • Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation
  • Phishing, spam, and malware
  • Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
  • Additional content areas as mutually agreed

Identity & Access Review

  • Reviewing ID verification and authenticity/access workflows

    What We´re Looking For

    • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
    • Previous Content Moderation experience (must be evidenced)
    • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
    • Strong cultural and regional awareness of the supported market
    • Ability to work fully onsite in Dublin City Centre
