About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with their travel-related questions, reservations, account issues, cancellations, refunds, and more.
Youll be part of an international team that values empathy, quality, and top-tier service.

What Youll Do

  • ️ Support customers via phone, chat, and email in Dutch & English
  • Manage bookings, changes, cancellations & refunds
  • Provide accurate information on services, payments, and policies
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Work collaboratively to resolve more complex case
  • Meet quality and performance goals

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Dutch & English (written & spoken)
  • EU citizenship or Residence Card with Full Market Access
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, international team
  • Prior customer support experience = big plus!

Work Conditions

  • Remote within Greece only (no travel/working abroad without approval)
  • Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)

  • Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotations
    Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:30
    Sat-Sun 11:00 - 19:30

Contract & Compensation

  • Permanent, full-time contract (40 hours/week)
  • 1,500 gross x 14 salaries/year
  • Performance bonus (details to be confirmed)
