About the job Hebrew Customer Support - Remote in Greece
Responsibilities:
- Assure a customer service of exceptional quality;
- Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing;
- Communicate information related to products and services to customers.
Essential Criteria:
Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion in computer technology;
Native speaker level in Hebrew;
Passion for films and television series;
Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills;
Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;
Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills;
Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills;
Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze customer and teammates experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills.
