What You'll Do
As a Talent Operations Assistant, you will serve as the key link between our recruiters and our clients. Your role is essential in ensuring only qualified and well-matched candidates are presented to our clients quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing candidate submissions from recruiters
- Performing quality checks and basic pre-screening
- Matching candidates to open roles based on client criteria
- Submitting selected profiles to clients with speed and precision
- Keeping trackers and systems organized and up-to-date
- Collaborating with recruiters and account managers for feedback and updates
- Ensuring every candidate is accurately represented and submitted on time
What Were Looking For
- Experience in recruitment or administrative support (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS tools, and digital platforms
- Detail-oriented with a fast work pace and sense of urgency
- Independent and self-managed, yet collaborative
