The activities
Part of your daily activities will be:
Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels phone, email and chat;
Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
Providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience;
Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish both written and spoken (C1 minimum), with a professional level of English (B2).

• Being in possession of a Portuguese residence card or EU passport
