What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Advisor, youll:

What Were Looking For

• Native or C2-level Spanish speaker + B2 level English

• Clear communicator with problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

• EU passport or valid Portuguese residency card is required

• Must be able to relocate to Portugal independently (no relocation support offered)
