What Youll Be Doing
As a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative, youll:

Support customers via phone, chat, and email in Spanish

Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and clarity

Record interactions in CRM tools and follow up when needed

Work within a collaborative, multicultural team to deliver excellent service
Who Were Looking For

Native-level or C2 Spanish + B2 or higher English

Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus

EU passport or valid Greek residency card is mandatory

Willing and able to relocate to Greece independently (see partial support details below)
