What Youll Be Doing
As a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative, youll:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email in Spanish

• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and clarity

• Record interactions in CRM tools and follow up when needed

• Work within a collaborative, multicultural team to deliver excellent service

Who Were Looking For

• Native-level or C2 Spanish + B2 or higher English

• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented mindset

• Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus

• EU passport or valid Greek residency card is mandatory

• Willing and able to relocate to Greece independently (see partial support details below)
