What Youll Do:
As an Account Manager, you will:

Manage your book of business consisting of existing clients

Consistently achieve revenue targets while ensuring outstanding customer experience

Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email

Prepare technically and commercially sound proposals

Drive profitability through strategic account management

Track, manage, and report on sales activity relative to your plan

Identify opportunities for upgrades and additional services

Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
What We´re Looking For:

Are fluent in German and have advanced English skills

Possess strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

Are goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively

Demonstrate innovation, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills

Are eager to learn quickly and thrive in a team environment

B2B sales and account management experience
What We Offer:

Full-time contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 -18:00)
