Business Growth Specialist (Dutch & French Speaker) (P)

We´re looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Málaga! If youre fluent in Dutch and French (and comfortable in English), this is your chance to kick-start or grow your career with a global technology leader.

What You´ll Do: 

As part of our Business Development team, youll help uncover new business opportunities and strengthen our relationships with existing OEM partners across Europe. Your role will include:

• Researching and identifying key OEM accounts and understanding their industries, needs, and use cases.

• Gathering insights on clients products, platforms, and past collaborations to help us tailor smarter business strategies.

• Developing ideas to engage more partners and encourage them to use our digital portal as their go-to resource.

• Mapping key contacts in target companies (Product Management, R&D, and more).

• Qualifying leads before passing them to our Inside Sales and Partner teams.

• ️ Using CRM tools and internal systems to ensure account data is always accurate and up to date.

What You Bring: 

Were looking for someone whos curious, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses grow. Youll fit right in if you:

• Speak Dutch and French fluently (English intermediate level).

• Have experience in research, data management, or lead generation.

• Are skilled at analyzing information and finding creative solutions.

• Enjoy collaborating with others and have strong communication skills.

• Are comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

• Can work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Have a basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
