What You´ll Do:

  • Assist customers with account setup and app navigation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve login issues (username/password)

  • Guide users through installing or reinstalling our mobile app

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support every single time

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

  • Confident using MS Office, email, and web applications

  • A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
