What You´ll Do:

Assist customers with account setup and app navigation

Troubleshoot and resolve login issues (username/password)

Guide users through installing or reinstalling our mobile app

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support every single time
What You Bring:

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Prior customer service experience is a plus

Confident using MS Office, email, and web applications

A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude

High school diploma or equivalent education
