What You´ll Do:

As a Solution Specialist, you will:

  • Drive new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with your team

  • Deliver technical product overviews and tailored insights aligned with customer needs and scenarios

  • Share innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud and enhance technical acumen

  • Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations

  • Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams

  • Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers

  • Conduct both group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on your areas of expertise

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud capabilities, Microsoft solutions, and competitor offerings

What Wer´e Looking For:

  • Fluent or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English

  • Bachelors degree

  • 3 - 6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development

  • Minimum Fundamentals certification (required), L200 certification (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions

  • Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)

  • Experience with cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management of productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions

  • Proven track record of achieving goals and delivering outstanding performance

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in technical sales or presales environments

  • Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering

  • Masters degree with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
