What You´ll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer and technical support in English, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more).

Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.

Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer.
What We´re Looking For:

Strong communication skills in English (advanced level).

Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles.

Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued.

A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.
What We Offer:

Full-time, stable contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00
Salary range: 17000 - 20000 euros gross annual
