Czech Content Moderator Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Czech-speaking professionals who want to experience life in one of Europes most vibrant cities while working for a world-leading digital platform.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Start date: 30 April 2026
Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)
Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Your Role

• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
• Identify and assess content that may violate community policies
• Make fair and rational decisions while handling sensitive cases
• Maintain quality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Help create a safe and trusted online marketplace experience

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Czech (C1+) and English (B2+)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and good judgment
• Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Interest or knowledge in e-commerce platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €920 gross x 14 months
• Bonus: €45 x 11 months
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
• Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)
