French Speaker Wanted!

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist currently based in Braga to join an international team.

In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, requests, and service-related topics while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide clear and efficient solutions to customer issues
• Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
• Follow internal processes and guidelines
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• C2 level French and minimum B2–C1 level English
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and detail-focused mindset
• Availability for on-site work in Braga
