AI Prompt Evaluator Croatian Language (On-site in Essen)

Are you fluent in Croatian and ready to play a key role in shaping tomorrows AI technologies?
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join our on-site team in Essen, Germany.

In this position, you will work in a structured, international environment where precision and creativity meet. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and evaluating written prompts that improve the way AI understands and communicates.

Requirements (must-have):

• Bachelors degree.

• Fluency in Croatian (project language).

• C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines.

• Comfortable working with diverse topics, including challenging or controversial ones.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Researching, writing, and editing short-form prompts in Croatian with high factual accuracy.

• Developing smooth conversation flows that ensure logical user interactions.

• Reviewing AI-generated responses for style compliance and natural tone.

• Supporting improvements in dialogue systems across diverse and sometimes challenging topics.

• Ensuring that every piece of content resonates with the target audience while meeting quality standards.
