About the Role:
We are seeking German + English speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our online retail client. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English

  • Provide accurate information on products, orders, and services

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift environment

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

  • Customer service experience is a plus
