About the Role:
We are seeking German + English speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our online retail client. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English

Provide accurate information on products, orders, and services

Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift environment
Requirements:

Fluent in German and English

Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Customer service experience is a plus
