About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our global team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality service experience.

Requirements
- Dutch and English (minimum C1 level English required)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
