Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

  • 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00

  • 2 rotational days off

  • Future schedule may change to 24/7 shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for a global e-commerce platform

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone

  • Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Follow platform policies and procedures

  • Manage high contact volumes during promotional seasons

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Empathy and problem-solving mindset

  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
