Schedule

• Monday – Sunday

• 08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)

• 2 rotational days off

Responsibilities

• Investigate fraud, abuse, or suspicious activities

• Analyze data and user reports

• Document investigation findings

• Collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraud

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or fraud investigation

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• High attention to detail
