Working Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible start between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, latest finish by 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth in the DACH market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in German-speaking markets
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
