Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to take your career abroad and work with one of the worlds leading travel and accommodation platforms? We are seeking Customer Support Guides (CSG) to join a large, international team in Athens.
Key Responsibilities

Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general platform navigation

Provide customer-focused, clear, and solution-oriented communication

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal processes, KPIs, and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys

Contribute ideas for improving the customer support process
Requirements
-
Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

Strong English skills for training and internal communication

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Customer-first mindset with a calm and positive attitude

Ability to adapt to new tools and fast-paced environments

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Strong attention to detail and reliability
