We are seeking motivated and solution-driven Customer Service Specialists with German at C2 level and English at B2 level to join a dynamic e-commerce customer support team based in Lisbon.
This role requires working on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts, providing excellent service to German-speaking customers in the fast-paced e-commerce sector.
Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday

07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

Possible future transition to 24/7 shifts (to be confirmed)
