Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational)

  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00

  • 2 rotational days off

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for search engine users

  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions

  • Guide customers through platform tools and features

  • Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
