Responsibilities

Provide technical support for search engine users

Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions

Guide customers through platform tools and features

Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English

Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
