We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will support customers, handle inquiries, and provide high-quality service in a professional and dynamic environment.
This position starts on-site with the possibility of hybrid working after the initial period.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow internal processes and service standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- C2 level Dutch and good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work full-time (Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00)
