German Speaker Wanted!

We are currently looking for German-speaking Reservations Agents already based in Malta to join an international airline contact centre team.

In this role, you will support customers with reservations, inquiries, and travel-related services while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with reservations and travel services
• Convert inquiries into bookings by providing clear and effective support
• Maintain high performance standards in quality, communication, and efficiency
• Manage reservation requests and follow up with customers when needed
• Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members and support other markets when required

Requirements

• C2 level German and minimum C1 level English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Availability to work in shifts within operating hours
