Key Responsibilities

• Support Croatian-speaking customers with booking-related inquiries
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and platform navigation
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely support
• Maintain detailed case documentation following internal guidelines
• Identify improvement areas and contribute to overall customer experience enhancement

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken)
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
• Ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and guidelines
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
