About the job Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Are you a customer service professional with advanced Spanish skills (C2) and at least B2 level in English? Join our team in Lisbon and support sellers and buyers with your expertise.
Schedule:

Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

At a later stage, the client may switch to 24/7 coverage (rotative shifts)
Your Profile:
-
Spanish language skills at C2 level
-
English language skills at minimum B2 level
-
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles

Strong sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)

Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
-
Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa
