Your role:

• Respond to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

• Troubleshoot product or service issues

• Follow up on customer inquiries with professionalism and care

• Collaborate with team leads to improve customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For in You:

Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English communication skills - German C1 and English B2
Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for helping people and a knack for finding solutions that leave customers feeling heard and valued.
Digital Comfort: Confidence with digital tools and a readiness to learn new platforms and technologies.
Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork is the key to success.

Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Greece.
