Join our team working on a high-impact Digital Marketing Ads project for fast-growing businesses across the Nordic market. You'll work with companies that have serious scaling potential, helping them adopt smart advertising solutions, build sustained performance, and reduce churn. Your role is equal parts strategy, relationship-building, and commercial drive.
What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.

Build, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns with clear performance targets.

Make outbound calls to onboard clients, promote services, and uncover growth opportunities.

Identify customer goals and deliver tailored advertising solutions.

Lead upselling conversations and manage spend increase.

Maintain accurate CRM records and handle high-volume outreach.
What You Bring

C2 Danish + C1 English, BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) or equivalent experience.

20+ months in sales/marketing with client-facing experience.

Confident with data, CRM tools, and using AI to improve outreach.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Clear understanding of Nordic business culture, growth potential, and regulatory expectations (including GDPR).

Ability to manage complex stakeholders, analyze market trends, and position Google Ads as a strategic solution.
