Job Description

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Automotive Digital Services project. This role involves assisting customers with digital automotive solutions while delivering excellent customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.

Although the role is remote, CNX PT is exceptionally offering a relocation package for eligible candidates for this project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive digital services

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems

  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and data protection policies

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish speaker (spoken and written)

  • Good English skills for internal communication

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
