Job Description
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Automotive Digital Services project. This role involves assisting customers with digital automotive solutions while delivering excellent customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.
Although the role is remote, CNX PT is exceptionally offering a relocation package for eligible candidates for this project.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, or chat

Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive digital services

Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Follow company processes, quality standards, and data protection policies
Requirements

Fluent Danish speaker (spoken and written)

Good English skills for internal communication

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
