Job Description

We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support the Audi project. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Audi customers, delivering premium customer support aligned with Audi brand standards.

This is a remote position, and CNX PT is exceptionally offering a relocation package for eligible candidates for this project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to Audi products and services

  • Provide accurate, professional, and brand-aligned customer support in Danish

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a premium experience

  • Document interactions and follow internal procedures

  • Meet quality, performance, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish speaker (written and spoken)

  • Good command of English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

  • Ability to work remotely and independently

  • Prior customer service or automotive experience is an advantage
