  • 08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)

  • 2 rotational days off

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for users of a betting application

  • Assist with account issues, payments, and platform navigation

  • Ensure a positive user experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts
