Schedule: Shift-based

What You will Do

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat in German

• Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately

• Represent the brand with professionalism

• (Depending on the project) Perform basic sales tasks

What You Bring

• Native-level German

• English is a plus (not required for all projects)

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
