We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Service Specialist currently based in Braga to join an international team.
In this role, you will support customers with inquiries, requests, and service-related topics while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide clear and efficient solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
- Follow internal processes and guidelines
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- C2 level Czech and minimum B2–C1 level English
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and detail-focused mindset
- Availability for on-site work in Braga
