Job Description:
We are looking for team members to support our German-speaking markets by handling customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner. No prior experience is needed our comprehensive training program will prepare you for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in German
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Outbound sales
- Forward cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent German speaking and writing skills
- Residence in Turkey
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a solution-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a shift-based schedule
- Basic computer skills
