We are looking for team members to support our German-speaking markets by handling customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner. No prior experience is needed our comprehensive training program will prepare you for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in German
  • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Outbound sales
  • Forward cases to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent German speaking and writing skills
  • Residence in Turkey
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a solution-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule
  • Basic computer skills
