What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Advisor, you'll be helping German-speaking customers solve problems and get answers always with kindness, curiosity, and care. With full training and tools provided, you'll become a reliable guide for people needing support.

• Respond to customer questions via phone or email

• Record customer feedback and questions clearly in the system

• Help resolve complaints and escalate if needed
