What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide expert guidance, troubleshoot product issues, and offer solutions that genuinely help people all while developing technical and communication skills that will take your career further.
Your core responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging

Troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate solutions

Guide customers through product features and usage

Process repairs, warranty claims, and replacements

Recommend products based on customer needs

Maintain professional, empathetic communication at every touchpoint
Who Were Looking For

Wed love to hear from you if you:
Speak Spanish fluently and English at B2 level or above
Are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
Communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism
Pay attention to detail and like solving puzzles
Can handle change and unexpected situations calmly
Have previous experience in tech support or customer service (a plus, not a must)
Bonus: If you've helped friends or family solve tech issues, or enjoy giving advice on gadgets and tools this role is for you.
