Start Date: 15 December 2025
Location: Lithuania (Remote)
Work Schedule: 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday. Bank holidays included.

Requirements:

  • C2 and higher level in Hebrew (written and spoken), plus B2 English (written and spoken)
  • Full-time availability including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Right to work and live in Lithuania (valid EU paperwork or permit required)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries from Hebrew-speaking clients
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism
  • Document cases in CRM systems and follow up as needed
  • Contribute to team performance by achieving KPIs
  • Work with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Package Details

Salary: 2125 EUR gross/month + Bonus 100 EUR/month (KPI based)
