Commission-Based Freelance Recruiter (Global / Remote)

Cross Border Talents is seeking results-driven freelance recruiters to join our international network. In this role, you will work on live vacancies and earn competitive fees per successful placement. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial recruiters who prefer flexibility and performance-based earnings.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates globally.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—partnering with clients and identifying top talent across global markets.

What You Will Be Doing Daily:

• Identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse sourcing methods
• Work closely with clients to define hiring needs and expectations
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage
• Keep clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients
• Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of active talent

What You'd Need:

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role (at least 6 months)
• Comfort using recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently
• Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused approach
• Professional fluency in English, spoken and written
