This position is part of a global customer support environment serving users of a leading digital booking and travel services platform. The role focuses on assisting Croatian-speaking customers with inquiries related to reservations, accounts, and platform services.

Ideal for candidates outside Greece looking for relocation and long-term career growth in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide multilingual customer support in Croatian and English
  • Handle booking requests, modifications, cancellations, and account issues
  • Ensure fast and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
  • Use internal systems to document and track customer interactions
  • Follow structured service guidelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with international teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent Croatian (C1/C2 or native level)
  • Good English level (B2+)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work shifts (08:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday)on a rotational shift basis
  • EU citizenship or valid residence card with full labor market access
  • Open to relocation to Athens

Offer

  • €1,200 gross monthly salary

Work Arrangement Notes

  • On-site work required for the first minimum 9 weeks (for those moving to Greece)
  • Remote work eligibility assessed after onboarding period based on performance
  • Local candidates with existing housing already in Greece and stable internet may qualif for remote setup
