Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent (C2 and higher, written and spoken) speakers of Russian for a new exciting project that could be performed remotely from anywhere in continental Portugal!

Contract: Full-time, rotational shifts (40 hrs/week and 8 hrs/day with 1 hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:

- Provide email and chat support to players in Russian, occasionally in English

- Assist with account access, login issues, and registration

- Support customers with payment questions, including refunds and transaction clarifications

- Help restore and update account information such as emails, phone numbers, and security details

- Handle compromised accounts and in-game character restoration

- Clarify questions about reward programs, tokens, and pre-paid game cards

- Manage sensitive customer data with professionalism and accuracy

- Deliver a positive, helpful, and player-focused service experience

Requirements:

Mandatory:

- Fluency C2 in Russian

- English level B2 or higher

- Valid right to live and work in Portugal (EU/EEA ID or Portuguese residence permit or Certificate of Temporary Protection)

- Located in continental Portugal or willing to relocate (relocation help is provided)

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (daytime schedule)

Preferred (not mandatory):

- Experience in customer service, tech support, or gaming communities

- Familiarity with gaming platforms and online account systems

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments
