Join a fully remote multilingual operations project supporting a major European road tolling system launching in the Netherlands.
You will assist transport companies, logistics operators, and drivers with toll-related services, including registration, onboard device ordering, payments, and debt communication. The role combines customer support, operational processes, and revenue-related assistance in a structured international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat from a remote setup
- Assist logistics companies and drivers (vehicles over 3.5 tons) with toll system queries
- Support registration and onboarding processes
- Guide customers in ordering and activating onboard units (devices)
- Handle payment inquiries and debt communication cases
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Support revenue collection and service-related processes
- Maintain service quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with rotational shift work (including weekends until 30/06/2026)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Training Program
- 6–10 working days (8 hours per day)
- Fully remote onboarding and system training
- Product, process, and communication training included
- Paid upon successful completion of training
Compensation & Benefits
- Total average monthly package: ~€1,463 – €1,585 gross/month (depending on housing benefit option)
- Meal allowance: €7/day (tax-exempt)
- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly

Work Model
- 100% remote role (Portugal-based contract)

Contract Details
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Renewable up to permanent contract after 2 years
