Location: Kuala Lumpur (G-tower), On-site

Working Model: Rotational shifts (24/7), 5 working days / 2 days off
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Cantonese via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and account inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Follow established service guidelines and procedures
- Document all customer interactions in internal systems
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Fluent Cantonese (minimum C1 level)
- Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Motivation to work in an international customer service environment
