Content Moderator (German C1 + English) - Social Media Trust & Safety Project

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 22:00
• Shifts:
  • 07:00-16:00
  • 09:00-18:00
  • 13:00-22:00
• Days Off: 2 rotating days

Requirements

• German C2+ and English B2 proficiency
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• Flexibility to work in rotative shifts
• Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive content

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Evaluate text, image, and video submissions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
• Apply company policies consistently while balancing speed and accuracy.
• Meet defined KPIs for productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to specialized teams.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe online environment for millions of users.
