We are looking for Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Advisors to join our on-site team in A Coruña, supporting a global leader in software development.

Location: A Coruña, Spain
Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary: EUR 19,738 gross/year
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users of software and cloud-based products.
 - Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
 - Communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience.
 - Document cases and follow company procedures accurately.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex or escalated issues.
 
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese speaker (C2 and higher level).
 - Good command of English (written and spoken).
 - Education or experience in IT, ideally with knowledge in:
- Cloud technologies
 - Microsoft products: Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.
 - Microsoft Windows (a plus)
 
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
 - Ability to handle diverse customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
 - Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain
