About the job Remote Operations Customer Expert – Technical Support (French Market)
We are looking for French speakers with SQL knowledge located in mainland Portugal to join our multinational client's team as recruiting an Operations Customer Expert – Technical Support. In this role you'll join a dynamic customer operations environment supporting a leading digital financial management solution for SMEs.
You will be responsible for assisting users via email (tickets) and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer support requests via email and chat
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting related to:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Payroll management tools
- Platform synchronization and configuration
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Fluent French (written and spoken) with B2 English
- SQL knowledge (mandatory)
- EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
- Currently living in Portugal mainland (no relocation offered)
