About the job Remote Tech Support - French Speaker with SQL Knowledge
We are seeking French-speaking professionals with SQL knowledge to join our multinational client as an Operations Customer Expert – Technical Support. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic customer operations team supporting a leading digital financial management platform for SMEs.
You will assist users via email and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer support requests via email (tickets) and chat

Provide guidance and troubleshooting on:

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Payroll management tools

Platform synchronization and configuration

Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent in French (written and spoken)

SQL knowledge

B2 English proficiency

EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit

Currently based in mainland Portugal (no relocation offered)

Working Conditions & Benefits
