We are seeking French-speaking professionals with SQL knowledge to join our multinational client as an Operations Customer Expert – Technical Support. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic customer operations team supporting a leading digital financial management platform for SMEs.

You will assist users via email and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer support requests via email (tickets) and chat

  • Provide guidance and troubleshooting on:

    • Two-factor authentication (2FA)

    • Payroll management tools

    • Platform synchronization and configuration

  • Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)

  • SQL knowledge

  • B2 English proficiency

  • EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit

  • Currently based in mainland Portugal (no relocation offered)

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (business hours)

  • Work model: Remote, with one quarterly on-site visit in Porto

  • Training: Paid initial training program
