Live Content Specialist - Russian Speakers

As a Live Content Presenter, you will represent the brand on camera, hosting interactive sessions and delivering engaging real-time experiences to a global audience from a professional studio environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Host live, on-camera interactive sessions while maintaining a professional and engaging presence

• Deliver content according to established quality standards, guidelines, and performance expectations

• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for viewers through clear communication and confident presentation

• Continuously improve presentation skills based on feedback and performance reviews

• Collaborate closely with studio teams during live broadcasts, demonstrating focus, adaptability, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

• Rotating monthly schedule with three shift patterns

• 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off

• Working days may include weekends and public holidays

• Each shift consists of 1.5–2 hours of live activity followed by a 30-minute break

• Total workload: 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Native or near-native Russian proficiency (C2+) and working English level (B2)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid passport and eligibility to relocate if required

• Availability to work in a rotating three-shift system

• Ability to stay composed under pressure, think quickly, and maintain attention to detail
