We are seeking French-speaking professionals with SQL expertise based in mainland Portugal to join our multinational client as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will become part of a fast-paced customer operations team, providing support for a leading digital financial management platform for SMEs.
You will handle user inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Do:

Respond to and resolve customer support requests through email and chat channels

Troubleshoot and guide users on:

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Payroll management tools
-
Platform setup, synchronization, and configuration

Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication

Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues efficiently
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in French (written and spoken) and B2-level English

SQL knowledge (mandatory)

EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit

Currently living in mainland Portugal (no relocation support provided)
